TERMS AND CONDITIONS
20% discount is available to “new patients” who attend Blackwood Podiatry until 28th February, 2018.
“New patients” are people who are new to our practice, or those who have not attended Blackwood Podiatry (or Morphett Vale Podiatry) in the previous 12-months.
20% discount must be mentioned when booking.
20% discount is valid for one appointment per person and is applied to our usual initial consultation fee only. Any subsequent appointments will be charged at the usual rate.
Private health care rebates may be available for extras cover that includes podiatry. Please contact your private health insurer and quote item number “F002 Initial Consultation” to check your rebate eligibility. Private health rebates are available on the day through HICAPS.
20% discount is not valid on Chronic Disease Management Plan referrals that are bulk billed.
No discount available on fees additional to the initial consultation fee (for example: other consultation fees, orthoses, creams, foot care products).
No discount available on bookings at Morphett Vale Podiatry.
