TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- 20% discount is available to “new patients” who attend our Blackwood Podiatry Clinic until 31 August 2018.
- “New patients” are those who are new to our practice, or clients who have not attended Blackwood Podiatry or Morphett Vale Podiatry in the previous 12-months.
- 20% discount must be mentioned when booking.
- 20% discount is valid for one appointment per person and is applied to our usual initial consultation fee only. Any subsequent appointments will be charged at the usual rate.
- Private health care rebates may be available for extras cover that includes podiatry. Please contact your private health insurer and quote item number “F002 Initial Consultation” to check your rebate eligibility. Private health rebates are available on the day through HICAPS.
- 20% discount is not valid on Chronic Disease ManagementPlan referrals that are bulk billed.
- 20% discount is not valid on Return to Work SA, NDIS, Motor Vehicle Accident, or other insurance claims.
- No discount available on fees additional to the initial consultation fee (for example: other consultation fees, orthoses, foot creams, foot care products).
- 20% discount is not valid on home visit consultations.
- No discount available on bookings at Morphett Vale Podiatry.
