To celebrate Foot Health Week 2024, Blackwood Podiatry is giving you the chance to win a $250 voucher to use on any podiatry consultation or orthotic services.
HOW to Enter:
Attend an Appointment – Attend an appointment at Blackwood Podiatry between 17 October and 16 November 2024.
Complete an Entry Form – After your consultation, you’ll receive an SMS with a link to an online entry form.
Submit Your Entry – Fill out the form and hit “submit”! It’s that easy.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Entry is open to all patients who attend an appointment at Blackwood Podiatry between 17 October and 16 November 2024.
Each appointment attended equals one entry form—the more appointments, the more chances to win!
Only electronic entries are accepted. Our reception team can assist in submitting entries for those without access to the online form.
Entries must be received by 11:59 pm Sunday 17 November 2024.
One winner will be drawn at random after the competition closes.
The winner will be contacted by close of business 20 November 2024.
The $250 voucher is valid for 36 months and can be used for podiatry consultation services or orthotics at Blackwood Podiatry.
The voucher may be shared with immediate family members (spouses, parents, children/grandchildren).
The voucher can be used in conjunction with private health insurance and Medicare rebates.
The voucher cannot be used with third-party funding (e.g., DVA, NDIS, My Aged Care).
The prize is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for retail items. It is valid for clinical services only.
