How It Works
Fill in the registration form below with you and your friend’s details.
Our administration team will contact your friend to organise an appointment time.
When your friend attends their initial consultation appointment, they will receive a 20% discount off their initial consultation fee.
After their appointment, a 20% discount code will automatically be added to your account.
The next time you attend Blackwood Podiatry, the 20% discount will be applied to your consultation fee.
And the best news …. you can refer as many people as you like! For each referral, a 20% discount code will be applied to your account. So three referrals will result in 20% off your next three podiatry consultations!

Terms and conditions
You must be a current patient at either Blackwood Podiatry or Morphett Vale Podiatry (our associate clinic) to be eligible to refer a friend.
You may refer as many family members, friends, or colleagues as you like. For each referral, a 20% discount code will be applied to your account.
Your friend must be a “new patient” to the practice.
A “new patient” is someone who has not previously attended Blackwood Podiatry or Morphett Vale Podiatry.
To refer your friend, you must complete the online booking registration form on this website page. Verbal referrals will not be accepted.
You must inform your friend that you have registered them with Blackwood Podiatry’s Refer a Friend Program and that our administration team will be contacting them shortly to arrange an appointment.
Only one discount can be used per appointment/consultation.
The Refer a Friend Program is applicable to full-fee paying patients only.
The discount is not applicable on Medicare bulk-billing.
The 20% discount is applicable to the podiatry consultation fee only. For new patients, the discount is applied to either the F002 or F004 initial consultation fee. For referring patients, the discount is applied to either the F010, F012 or F014, or Medicare consultation fee.
The discount is not applicable to any other fees associated with the podiatry service provided. Diagnostic assessments, therapeutic services, nail surgery, items/equipment, orthoses, footwear, and foot care products are excluded from the Refer a Friend Program discount.
The 20% discount is not valid on Return to Work SA, NDIS, Motor Vehicle Accident, or other insurance claims.
The 20% discount is not valid on podiatry home visit consultations.
Discounts cannot be transferred between individuals.
Discounts are not redeemable for cash.
This discount cannot be used with any other special offer.
The offer is not valid on past referrals.
