November Heel Pain Promotion

Start your day off without heel pain

From 01 - 30 November 2021, Blackwood Podiatry is pleased to offer 30% off heel pain consultations to new patients at our practice.

This promotion is ideal for those people who suffer from at least one of the following symptoms:

• heel pain first thing in the morning after getting out of bed and taking the first few steps of the day;

• heel pain triggered by periods of standing;

• heel pain when getting up out of a chair after sitting for a period;

• heel pain that stops you from participating in exercise / physical activity; or

• heel pain that impedes any daily activities.

A heel pain assessment at Blackwood Podiatry includes:

• A complete history of your foot pain;

• Physical examination of your feet & lower limbs;

• Footwear assessment;

• Gait assessment;

• Referral for diagnostic tests (if required); and

• A treatment/management plan.

To qualify for this promotion, you must meet the following terms and conditions:

1. You must be a new patient* to Blackwood Podiatry and attend a consultation with one of our podiatrists between 01 November and 30 November 2021.

2. You must mention this promotion when booking. If booking online, simply make a note in the booking notes section.

3. The 20% off promotion is applied to our new patient consultation fee (item number F004).

4. Any subsequent appointments or any additional treatment items will be charged at our usual rates.

5. Your treating podiatrist will discuss any other costs with you during your assessment before proceeding so that you can make an informed decision about your treatment plan.

6. The offer applies to private patients only. It does not apply to patients whose podiatry care is funded by a third party. This includes the Department of Veteran's Affairs, National Disability Insurance Scheme, My Aged Care, Public Trustee, Families SA, and all insurance case patients. In these cases, the applicable fee schedule applies.

7. The offer strictly ends on 30 November 2021. Sorry, no rain checks.
